This role will form part of the Senior Leadership team within the school and will be integral to the succession of the school. The successful candidate will be expected to be creative and innovative and drive improvements within education.You will provide day to day operational leadership and direction of the site, and ensuring that high standards of punctuality, attendance, behaviour and learning of pupils are met. You will be required to contribute to the strategic development of the school through membership of the Schools School Leadership Team, including participation in monitoring and review procedures. In addition, you will have experience teaching in a learning environment for pupils with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. You will also have experience of managing an aspect of school provision at whole school or subject level. The successful candidate will have experience leading Ofsted inspections with a minimum of a Good outcome.Responsibilities within this role will also include the development of our staff to ensure they can complete their roles to the highest standard, to identify targets for our pupils so that they can achieve and make progress with their learning and continue to drive the vision of the school.For more information please see the attached Job Description and Person SpecificationOur benefits include:
