Job Description

You will be working in a supportive and friendly environment, where you will be able to make a positive differencein the lives of our students. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our professional development and training programmes.As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the teacher in delivering the curriculum and meeting the individual needs of the students
  • Providing personal care and assistance to the students, such as feeding, toileting, dressing, etc.
  • Helping the students to develop their social, emotional, and communication skills
  • Encouraging the students to participate in various activities and experiences, such as sports, music, art, etc.
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external agencies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
