Job Description

They assist exciting start-ups, SMEs and leaders in the market to find the best Tech talent.Despite the pandemic, they have exceeded targets and are looking to grow throughout 2021, which starts with hiring for one of the most successful teams in their head office in Billericay.The Role:Youll join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and will work closely with the existing consultants on their live vacancies while receiving dedicated training. The long term aims will be to create your own contract desk by winning business and becoming a specialist Recruitment Consultant.

  • Finding the best people in the software engineering market and screening them for your roles.
  • Market research, lead generation and networking.
  • Recruiting: Interview management and liaising with both the clients and candidates throughout the process.
    • This is very much a sales position and business development will be a big part of the role. You will build off of their existing client base but a big part will be identifying, approaching and winning new business.Good bits:
  • Full training proved, which includes structured training from a learning and development manager and constant coaching from senior members of the team.
  • Close-knit team environment with regular socials and team events.
  • High earning potential - 30k OTE in your first year but its year 2 and 3 where the earnings will reach 50k or more. Based on their commission structure, basic increases and fast progression.
  • Incentives such as free gym membership and Monthly lunch clubs and annual incentive trips to New York, Marbella, Barcelona
  • Progression: 78% of their leadership team started at graduate level.
    • Requirements - Able to start immediately.- Educated to degree level and a recent graduate.- Must be living in the Essex area.- Interest in technology and the digital market.- Drive and ambition to earn in a sales-focused role. It will be hard, but the rewards will be high.Bonus points for....- Any type of B2B sales experience.- German languages skills are also desired.
