Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a Complaints Handler (6 Month Fixed Term Contract) for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The Complaints Handler will be responsible for providing a first-class complaint and resolution service.In return, the Complaints Handler will expect a salary of up to £24,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover, and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.Role & Responsibilities* Dealing with escalations and complaints from start to finish* Working within the FCA guidelines and being compliant* Add value to the customer journey by resolving their complaints* Communicating with policyholders, contractors, and clients* Looking for service improvements to help the customer journey* Other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessarySkills & Requirements* Experience in dealing with escalations/ complaints is preferable but not imperative* Customer Service Experience* Highly organised with strong attention to detail* Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAsGiven the opportunities for progression with this role, we normally expect a high number of applications.
