Hybrid working 3 days office and 2 days home. You will get lots of training and support so that you can learn how to head up recruitment campaigns for a range of clients mostly across the charity sector.The first 6 months you will focus on helping the team on their projects to find good candidates. When you are ready, you can then progress into a recruitment consultant role running your own desk (again with lots of support) and working directly with clients.As you grow your accounts commission will grow, and there will be set milestones to increase on your basic salary even further.You will need to be confident on MS office software (word, outlook etc) and comfortable in a role which is phone based (so lots of phone calls!), with lots of targets and working to a fast pace, as most of the recruitment projects you work on will be timesensitive. It would also suit a graduate looking for a career move. Or people who have previously worked in sales, telesales, business development, retail, or customer services.Please apply via this advert.
