Job Description

Procurement OfficerThis is a temp to perm opportunity!Duties

  • Dealing with customer queries over email and telephone
  • Be the first point of contact for tenants
  • Approve applications and issue permits
  • Manage bookings and liaise with customers
  • General admin support
  • Arrange and manage meetings
  • Data entry
Experience
  • Must have office-based admin experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in providing great customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
