Job descriptionDue to ongoing growth, my client, a best in class print company, is looking to add to their team in the form of a Print Operative. Founded 18 years ago, their focus has been on single copy production. Providing the highest quality of hardbound products,from mono or full colour, soft bound or hard bound products, they also offer an excellent service to their clients.The RoleWithin this role, theyre looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and driven individuals who wish to join a progressive company as they expand to suit their markets needs. They work with both Canon and Ricoh continuous feed and cut-sheet equipment with highlevels of automation to enable single copy production with very short lead times.The Candidate-Experienced and flexible in digital web-printing and cut sheet printing- Enthusiastic, hands-on approach- Flexible regarding shift patterns- Eager to learn- A Driving License is preferable, due to the shift patternsSalary and Shift PatternsThe salary is up to £27,000 (Depending on Experience) + 10% shift allowance. Alternating 3-shift patterns: 5 days 06:00-14:00, 5 days 14:00-22:00, 4 days 22:00-06:00, training will be 2 weeks, day shifts. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), overtimeat x1.50 on weekends. Discretionary sick pay
