Are you an IT Technician, with 1st and 2nd line support experience, who is looking to work for a fantastic local business based in Biggleswade This is a diverse and varied position that will allow you to be hands-on, you will be a keen problem solver, andbe someone that can resolve IT issues in a timely, professional and accurate manner.Benefits: Up to £28000-£30,000(DOE) 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Fridays Continuous learning and development Holiday Allowance 20 days (plus 8 days BH) Company Pension Scheme Company Events Death in service cover Hybrid working schemeThe Job:As an experienced IT Technician, (preferably with 1st and 2nd line support experience), you will be the go-to person for end-user desktop support. You will be responding to inquiries from colleagues and helping to resolve both hardware and software problems.You will support with diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to IT which will include desktop, laptop, mobile phones, tablets, network issues, printers, and cloud IT.You will work with the IT manager to assist in or complete projects of varying sizes, giving you experience in different technologies and working with the current and new technology.You must be comfortable working alone or as part of a team and be able to work independently with little supervision. The IT Manager will be on hand to help with any support cases as required.With your excellent IT and communication skills, you will be confident supporting the business to remain on track to deliver IT solutions. Thinking out the box is also required in order to solve problems and deliver IT solutions. Previous experience workingwithin IT is essential.
