The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied BP role with the opportunity to work on strategic projects. As HR Business Partner, you will support stakeholders, providing a proactive approach for the successful delivery of the peoplestrategy and agenda. Managing the employee lifecycle for the commercial functions, providing guidance on all areas including resourcing, engagement, talent and succession, and development.Leading and supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives assigned to continuously improve and build upon the existing people plan and processes. Initiatives will span across engagement, talent, inclusion and diversity, reward and organisational development.Working collaboratively with people managers and the HR process team to deliver high quality employee lifecycle management. Including resourcing, engagement, talent and successions and development. Additionally, you will coach and support the people managerand leadership population to develop capability.
