Job Description

Looking to work for part of a highly successful, international market leader in FMCG in a genuine people first values lead culture with real, honest values and where people are at the heart of all they doOur client is looking for an HR Business Partner to support stakeholders in commercial areas of the business, initially on a 6-month contract. You will be expected to work autonomously and independently whilst collaborating with other HR specialists withinthe business, and in full support of your stakeholders.You will be providing coaching, advice and support across the whole people agenda including talent acquisition and development, L&D, ER, employee engagement and supporting projects.It will suit a sound HR generalist with evidence of decision making and confidence to bring their own ideas. The ability to think out of process and to be comfortable challenging and being challenged is essential.The business is based close to the A1 and easily commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes, Biggleswade, Stevenage and Hitchin areas.The business fully embraces hybrid and flexible working.
