Job Description

Community Development ManagerOur established client is looking to recruit a Community Development Manager to oversee and manage community facilities.Position: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks for the right candidate).Hours: 37 hours per week, full time.Main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Implementation of policies and strategies
  • Be responsible for the improvements of internal locations
  • Be the preferred point of contact for external clients
  • Establish a mailing list of local business contacts
  • Monitor progress and liaise with key stakeholders of ongoing projects
Skills and Experience
  • Experience of managing and motivating staff
  • Experience in facilities management
  • Experience of implementing place-shaping opportunities and initiatives
  • Effective communication with various external clients
  • Fully computer literate in all common applications and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in risk management (desirable)
