Job Description

Small, successful business has a new opportunity to join their well established and settled team. This role would suit someone who likes to feel valued by an organisation and who understands the importance of the role they do and the value it adds to thewider business. Our client are a manufacturing company and therefore require someone who is keen to learn complex products.Office Administrator - The Details

  • Salary £20,000 - £23,000 pro rata
  • Part time hours - 20/25 hours a week, split over 5 days
  • Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday
  • 100% office based in Biggleswade
  • Free parking
Office Administrator - Job OverviewAs a Office Administrator your duties will include;
  • Managing all inbound customer queries regarding new orders or new products
  • Processing sales orders
  • Offering product advise
  • Liaising with customer over expected production & delivery times
  • Suggesting alternative products where possible
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Following up with customers over quotes sent
  • General administration and office support
Office Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous customer service/ admin experience
  • Working with bespoke products or for a manufacturing company previously is an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
