We are currently recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager to carrythe responsibility ofthe estates management for 7 properties. The role may include line management ofstaff, supervising from time to time and supporting other key members of staff to ensurea safe, healthy, clean, attractive and comfortable environment.The role requires an overall emphasis on Health & Safety relevant to premises, ensuring that all properties function as effectively as they can and are fit for purpose for their residents and staff.
