Role: Cinnabon Bakery Manager ***NEW STORE OPENING***Location: Bickerstaffe, L39 0EZHours: Full-Time Contract / PermanentSalary: £23,000 - £24,500EG Group are opening a NEW Cinnabon Store in Bickerstaffe,Ormskirk! We have exciting opportunity available for a Store Manager!What will my role look likeAs a Cinnabon Store Manager you are in charge of all aspects of the store including motivating, coaching and training your team, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries, ensuring thestore looks vibrant and has a great atmosphere and most importantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time.This isnt a back office job, prepare to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with making, baking and frosting our famous products & beverages! You will be the Cinnabon expert and will ensure that all items are made to the highest heavenly standards! • Ensure you and your team provide a fantastic customer service experience
• Roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with making, baking and frosting our products!
• Coach, mentor and motivate the team to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks
• Look to drive store profitability and meet targets
• Recruit new colleagues and ensure they are made to feel welcome and trained to the highest standards
• Complete administration, stock take and banking / finance duties
• Ensure that our stores look presentable and vibrant
• Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun!

• Management / Supervisor experience is desired
