Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ lives by supporting their educational journey. The successful candidate will work closely withteachers to deliver high-quality education and create a safe, engaging learning environment.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide support to students during their work and offer constructive feedback
  • Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance professional development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
