My client is searching for a Legal Cashier to join their Bexleyheath, Kent offices. DutiesThe role includes but is not limited to the following:• Dealing with emails & phone calls from our other offices & printing any forms where necessary to process on SOS.• Preparing the paying in (cheques & cash) & posting to the clients ledgers• Processing client bills, credit notes and write offs• Producing cheques• Processing Client to office transfers• Processing Client payments• Inputting & authorising payments on our online banking portal• Taking card payments from Clients• Various other duties as required.The Candidate• Must have some legal cashier experience• A courteous and co-operative attitude• Ability to remain calm under pressure• Ability to work in a small team environment• Willing to learn and able to take instruction• Excellent attention to detail• Solicitors Accounts Rules knowledge• Microsoft Office/Excel knowledge• Knowledge of SOS accounting software an advantage but training will be givenHours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (with a one hour break for lunch).Benefits• 25 days holiday plus a day off for your birthday• Pension scheme• Employee assistance programme• Free eye tests• Optional healthcare cashback scheme• Regular social events • Staff discounts on the firms legal services along with a family and friends referral scheme.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
