Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our Reeds Rains and Your Move Admin Centre based in Bexleyheath on a full time, temporary basis.As one of the most trusted names in the UK and part of the LSL Property Services group, we are proud of our reputation as a professional estate agent.   • Basic hourly rate of up to £10.42ph
  • This is a temporary contract for 3 months
  • Office Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 in 5 Saturdays (Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked)
  • Professional training provided by our award-winning Learning and Development Team
Role Purpose :
  • Provide an effective, efficient and professional administration service to the residential sales/purchases process, for the estate agency branches across the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands.
  • Achieve operational excellence in all aspects of the role, processes and procedures undertaken.
  • Support colleagues within the unit to manage tasks/escalations whilst adhering to the SLA Timescales on a daily basis.
  • Develop and maintain excellent staff relationships with colleagues, within the unit, also within the branches, to present a professional image at all times.
  • Adhere to managerial requests in a respectful manner.
Main accountabilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation as part of the listing process is followed, whilst adhering to Anti-Money Laundering HMRC guidelines and Consumer Protection Regulations, and remain aware of any changes to the regulations and company procedures.
  • Confirm that all listings meet company guidelines, making sure that all properties are of a high quality and representative of the brands values.
  • Ordering EPCs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor daily tasks, to ensure files are compliant, and follow the processes in place.
  • Ensure the 48hr SLA is followed, and any outstanding tasks are dealt with accordingly.
  • To meet Audit targets that are set on a daily basis.
  • To complete an accurate data return, advising and reporting any AML failures.
  • Ensure knowledge is up to date, and any training completed within deadlines.
