Job Description

Our dedicated team of professionals works collaborativelyto empower students with diverse needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.� Position: QTS SEN Teacher As a QTS SEN Teacher at our school, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching educational experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tailoring lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN or SEMH challenges.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional well-being.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing timely feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialization in SEN or SEMH
  • Passion for working with students with diverse needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
