We are looking for an ISF Support Worker who can make a difference to the people we support.An Individual Service Fund (ISF) is an arrangement were the budget for a person’s care and support is transferred from a Local Authority to a support provider of the person’s choice. The fund is used to tailor support to an individual’sneeds.The RoleYou will accompany an individual from Bromley to their college in Sidcup and then pick them up at the end of their course taking them back to Bromley. With your help we can make a positive difference, enabling greater independence, improved wellbeing and more importantly a friendly face offering reliability and support. Living locally in the Bromley / Bexley area would be an advantage if you’re nota car driver.About youYou don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications.
