Would you like to work with a small group of academies as a Computer Science specialistWe have a brand new position for a qualified and experienced Computer Science teacher to join Harris Garrard Acadmey as our Computer Science Quadrant Lead Practitioner, working with several Harris secondary academies across London, including 3 all through academies. Collaborating with 6 Harris Academies across the Thames Quadrant, this is an unique position for a senior computer science practitioner work as a subject lead across a cluster of academies. You will work with senior leadership teams and departments to promote best practice teaching and learning and help delivery an impactful computer science curriculum through classed based teaching.We are looking for a highly motivated middle leader withexcellent subjectknowledge who can help drive Harris Academies across the quadranttowards excellence. Based at Harris Garrard Academy, this is a highly visible role within a quadrant of London, and will require travel to parts of North East and South East London. The Thames Quadrant consists of Harris Garrard Academy, Harris Academy Tottenham, Harris Academy St Johns Wood, Harris Girls Academy Bromley, Harris Academy Orpington, and Chobham Academy.Your opportunityWe want to hear from experienced Computer Science teachers who have gained experience in a middle leadership role, and who have a track record of raising achievement within a department. The successful applicant will collaborate with other Computer Scientists at academies across the Thames Quadrant, working closely with departments to increase the number of young people studying Computer Science in our academies and to further raise standards, drive further improvements.
