Job Description

Southern Healthcare Recruitment are currently working alongside a Mental Health Service based in the greater London area who are currently seeking to appoint a Health and Safety/Facilities and Head Office Administrator (HS&F & HOA). This role is part-time(4 days per week). The main role will be to provide the HS&F Manager with administration support and be responsible for the reception and head office in general. (Detailed job specification available)Position: HS & Facilities & Head Office Administrator Location: Welling, Greater London Salary: £18,692.19 (FTE £23,365.25)Contract: Permanent Part-time Contract: 9am - 5pm Tuesday - FridayStart Date: Immediate Start (pending background checks) Essential Requirements:

  • Good level of maths and written English & excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Organisation and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to show initiative, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge and skills in MS Office Suite
  • Awareness of equal opportunities best practice and implications in supporting service delivery
  • Able to self-manage and prioritise, as well as being willing to be flexible and respond to priorities as required
  • Willing to undertake training, as required.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety practice
