Job Description

What Financial Planning Analysis Analyst (FP & A Analyst)Where Crawley - Hybrid working modelWhen ASAPHow much £28,000 - £33,000 paMy client is currently looking for a FP & A Analyst to join their team and support the FP & A Manager with insightful analysis, financial modelling and planning. They need a candidate who is currently studying towards their CIMA qualification who reallywants to make a role their own and have a positive impact.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance and produce periodic KPI, cost and revenue reports and analysis
  • Power BI reporting development
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders to explain financials and to guide informed decision making
  • Collation of statistical data, including reporting and analysis to provide insight into drivers of business performance
  • Production of Coaching and Vehicle Hire management accounts and management reporting
  • Provide support to the business with annual budget setting
  • Monthly variance analysis and periodic forecasting, highlighting risks to and opportunities for the business
  • Building of financial models to assist with scenario planning
  • Support business case development for new initiatives
  • Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the FP&A Managers
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Part qualified CIMA Studier preferred / open to ACCA or AAT
  • Strong system skills, including Excel, with the ability to design and implement Excel tools
  • An understanding of Power BI is desirable
  • Oracle Financial experience is advantageous but not essential
