Job Description

Newpoint Group UK is a Utilities company based in Betchworth, Surrey, and is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Worker to join our team.Details:

  • Salary: £24,000pa
  • Position: Operations administrator
  • Location: Betchworth, UK
  • Hours: 8am to 4pm - Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks with a focus on vehicle and plant coordination
  • Coordinating personnel training concentrating on expiration dates and booking of courses
  • Facilitating the onboarding process
  • Independently handle day-to-day administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in general admin, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of vehicle and plant coordination, personnel, and training procedures (preferable)
