My client, a family run business in Norfolk is looking for a productive workshop supervisor to join theirsmall, but talented team. This is a hands-on supervisory role, and the right candidate will benefit from a great salary package, paid overtime, company vehicle, as well as 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, and the potential for flexibility on hours too! Oversee day to day running of a small but busy plant workshop
Ensure all quality standards are maintained
Work with the management team to improve the workshop side of the business
Work as part of the tech team as required by the business

Qualifications

Proven track record in supervising a plant or HGV team
A keen eye for quality control
Able to work as part of the Tech team on plant and HGVs
Computer literate

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary to £49k DOE
Company vehicle provided
7am-5pm M-F, with some weekend work required
25 days holiday + BH, pension scheme
Free onsite parking
