Job Description

Sales and Service CoordinatorWork with us at one of our clients vibrant and modern sites in Bermondsey! If you have excellent rapport building skills and have an interest in working in a client facing role this could be just the opportunity for you!You will be working within a friendly team environment to ensure all students and potential tenants receive an exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include answering new enquiries, processing bookings, taking tours, creating good relationshipswith students and creating a detailed social event calendar to ensure there is a strong community feel in the residence.You will deal with students from all over the world, so it is important that you are knowledgeable, polite and possess strong communication skills.The duties will include:

  • Management of all enquiries via email, face to face, online chat and calls
  • Ensure that all visitors receive a warm and friendly welcome
  • Carry out student tours and show around available rooms
  • Process new applications and assist with tenancy agreements
  • Make sure that relevant documents and identification has been received prior to arrival of new tenants
  • Keep the booking system up to date
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure all sales administration is completed within the timescales required
  • Provide administrative support to all team members
  • Attend student university fairs and network to promote the site with sales team
  • Ensure that you are aware of all price changes and special offers
  • Assist with the communication of marketing and promotional materials
  • Build strong rapport with tenants
  • Monitor competitors and analyse their performance in the market
