Job Description

A superb Luxury award winning uniform design company is looking to appoint an ambitious Account Manager. This is a great role for someone who is interested in luxury goods, with a keen eye for detail and who thrives on giving excellent customer service.You will act as a main point of contact for clients, responsible for overseeing their ongoing needs in relation to new projects and ongoing re-orders. You will manage luxury hospitality clients including Fairmont and Rafes - Doha, Dorado Beach (a Ritz CarltonReserve) - Puerto Rico, and London’s Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Four Seasons, The Goring, The Rosewood, NOBU, Claridge’s, and many more.Responsibilities

  • Building strong long-term relationships with all clients and continually looking for opportunities to delight them.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all clients, and create plans to address their needs (processing new orders, ensuring smooth on time deliveries, dealing with all client issues, managing tting and alteration sessions).
  • Study industry trends to propose strategies for retaining and delighting clients as well as improving our internal processes and nal products as market leaders.
  • Work closely with the Head of the Commercial Team in prospecting for potential clients and assisting with project management.
  • Creating relevant KPI trackers (ie. delivery schedules, issues etc) to enhance the Commercial team’s efciency and productivity, ensuring these trackers are kept up to date at all times.
  • Take full ownership of clients and projects and look for opportunities to improve process, product and experience wherever possible
Qualifications
  • Previous account management experience
  • 3+ years experience working in a similar role within the luxury fashion / hospitality sector
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Thrives on new challenges, and in a fast paced varied work environment. Excellent communication (both written and verbal), organisational skills and highly motivated to continually exceed targets and deliver exceptional results
