We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Head Teacher to join our senior leadership team.As a Qualified Teacher, you will demonstrate the following:-• A wide range of SEN experience and have proven leadership and management expertise. • An outstanding relationship builder, you will also know how to inspire exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike. • You will lead and manage key areas of the school through the process of continuous improvement• Monitor the quality of learning and progress made ensuring learners are able to access outstanding educational opportunities• To oversee the ongoing development and evaluation of the curriculum as a key focus and encourage innovation at all levels• To oversee the quality of Teaching and Learning and ensure that high standards are consistently met.The successful candidate must come from a SEN background with significant experience of ASD/SLD.
