Home Improvement SpecialistNewcastle£20,000-£25,000 per annum + OTE of £40,000 -£52,500 + full training scheme.Essential required – driver with own vehicle – mileage paid.- Flexibility within your work, and managing your own diary of appointments.- The opportunity to double your basic salary with commission in the first year!- A thorough 8 week training scheme to upskill you with further training courses within the first 12 months.- No direct experience necessary.If the above sounds of interest – this may be the opportunity for you!This exceptional opportunity is with our prestigious partner who have 10 delegate spaces available for Home Improvement Specialists. This business, recognised in the top 1000 companies to inspire Britain, are seeking individuals with exposure to sales to join their team on a permanent basis.Daily, you will accountable for visiting homes in the North East within your role as a Home Improvement Specialist, to understand customer requirements and discuss the solutions available. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and meetings and will become a product knowledge expert for home improvements, inclusive of extensions, orangeries, conservatory’s, windows, doors and more. This is a diverse and progressive employer offering a robust training program, including how to use virtual reality software when providing home improvement solutions.This is a consultative sales approach, dealing with warm leads and enquiries therefore there will be no cold calling involved.So what’s involvedFirstly there is an exceptional training scheme on offer for the successful delegates, you will be guided through every aspect of product training and upskilling on this consultative approach to home improvements and design. This will be an initial 8 week course to build competence and confidence with valued customers, training will be on a regular basis thereafter for the first 12 months in the role presented by leaders in the business.On successful completion of the training scheme and probationary period you will manage your own client process offering the finest solution in home improvements.What we’re seeking.Previous experience in home improvements will be advantageous but not essential, any sales exposure including retail sales where communication is key – is great for this opportunity.
