Job Description

Reference: /DH/08-02/797/47Job Title: Helpdesk Operative Contract: Temporary possibility to extendHourly Pay Rate: £9.50 per hourWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week 08:00 - 17:00Location: Benton, Newcastle, Whitley RoadWould you be interested to join a leading facilities management company with a reputation for excellenceAtalian Servest is currently recruiting for a helpdesk operative to join our passionate and driven team in Newcastle on a temporary basis!Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Raise and process all reactive and system work orders, booking in reactive and PPM tasks for all soft services across the contract through CAFM system
  • Working in conjunction with Managers and Coordinators to ensure seamless management of the contract
  • Maintain Helpdesk database, paying particular attention to the closure of work requests
  • Receive and process contract specific requirements, e.g. personal passes & car passes
  • Answering calls quickly and efficiently and supporting our customers with their enquiries
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience is key to this role, we require all of our customers to be provided with exceptional service in all of their dealings with us
  • Any other adhoc duties as required
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with the CAFM system is advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • High level or professionalism, self-motivation, and organisation
  • BPSS and right to work checks required
  • SC clearances required for certain areas
