Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newcastle based Facilities Manager to join a fast-growing safety tech. They are looking for a knowledgeable, innovative, and hungry Facilities Manager who will take charge of all facilities around the UK.This roleis 5 days in the office a week, with onsite parking. You will be required to be in the office 5 days a week, 9am-6pm. They are offering up to £45k DOE and you really have autonomy to make the role your own and make a positive impact.In this role you will start from a blank canvas, initiate, and set up processes, review supplier lists and be very strategic and forward thinking. It is such an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step up and take the reins!The Role:

  • Manage a team of two and be a great role model
  • Take a strategic view and set up new processes
  • Complete facilities set up of their new Newcastle centre
  • Review suppliers and work closely with procurement
The Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years experience within a facilities management environment
  • Top communication and management skills
  • Active, knowledgeable, innovative, and hungry
  • Looking for a fast-paced environment where you can grow
