Senior Radiographer – 37.5 hours per weekCompetitive SalaryThe Imaging department is looking for a Senior Radiographer to plan and implement high standards of radiography care for patients whilst promoting a patient-focussed approach. This role reports into the Radiographer Lead.It is essential that the post holder will be able to undertake a wide range of work procedures using complex or sensitive information which will require the use of initiative and analysis. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to follow standard operating policies and procedures of work, using their knowledge and initiative to make informed decisions relating to the assessment and monitoring of patient care.The post holder will be responsible for delivering a high quality service and will be able to evidence liaising and working with Consultant Radiologists and Radiology Advisors.The success applicant must be able to evidence the following skills:

Significant post-registration experience in plain film, with experience of other modalities preferred (fluoroscopy, CT, MRI)
Post-graduate degree/diploma or equivalent
Mentorship/clinical supervision qualification/equivalent experience
Cannulation/phlebotomy skills
IT skills
Communication skills
Organised/methodical/problem-solving skills
Ability to progress multiple tasks simultaneously/meet deadlines
