Job Description

We are working with a fantastic and successful client, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part time, ongoing temporary basis.You will have the opportunity to work remotely and be provided with the relevant equipment to set up a fully working desk.To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Current or previous administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Perform general administration duties including data entry, order processing and auditing
Within this position, you’ll be:•Inputting data onto the internal system
  • Maintaining & updating of data accurately
  • Typing of letters & other documentation as required
  • Sending of letters & other documentation
  • Filing paperwork on the electronic filing system
  • Booking & arranging of meetings as required
Rate & Working Hours
  • Part time 15 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (5 hours per day), however this can be flexible if needed
  • £12.00 – £15.00 per hour, dependant on experience
