We are working alongside our client, a prestigious School based just outside Tunbridge Wells in the search for an evening cook. Working in part of a small team, we are looking for someone to cater for up to 50 boarders and staff. The evening cooks working hours are Monday to Friday, 11am-7.30pm, Term Time Only. Youll be responsible for the following: * Cooking for up to 50* Prepping for the morning shift* Cleaning Schedules* Temp records* Closing the kitchen* Supervising front of house and kitchen staff* Ensuring company standards are metYou should have knowledge of dietary and allergen requirements. This is also a front facing role, so customer service skills and presentation is extremely important. In return you can expect the following:* Monday to Friday shifts - No weekends* Term Time only working hours* Free Meal on site* £ 25,584 pro rata salary. 40 weeks pay into 52 weeks = actual salary of £19,680. * Full uniform provided* Company Pension* Summer, Easter, Christmas Holidays offDue to the location of the site, own transport is essential, as there are no public transport links.
