Job Description

Your Role:- Customer Care: Provide exceptional support to travelers via phone calls and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience.- Travel Solutions: Assist with flight, hotel, and rail bookings, managing changes, and handling cancellations effectively.- Sales Focus: Utilize effective techniques to meet sales targets and enhance customer experiences.- Communication: Interact professionally and courteously with travelers.- Issue Resolution: Skillfully address various travel-related inquiries and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.Types of Customer Queries Youll Handle:- Flights: Booking assistance, changes, cancellations, upgrades, and more.- Hotels: Managing bookings, date changes, and resolving payment issues.- Rail: Assisting with UK and international rail bookings, changes, and refunds.Work Schedule & Flexibility:- This is a full-time role with 40 contracted hours per week.- Flexibility for potential weekend shifts in the future.Qualifications for Success:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Technical aptitude to navigate various systems efficiently.- Good geographical knowledge and basic mathematical skills.- While prior travel industry experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory; your enthusiasm and commitment are highly valued.
