Sales Goals: Harness effective selling techniques to meet revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. Communication: Interact professionally and courteously with customers, leaving a lasting impression. Problem-Solving: Handle a wide array of travel-related queries and issues with efficiency and expertise.� Types of Customer Queries Youll Handle as a Customer Service Advisor - Travel- Flights: Booking, changes, cancellations, upgrades, and more.- Hotels: Managing both new and existing bookings, facilitating date changes, and resolving payment issues.- Rail: Handling UK and international rail bookings, changes, and refunds. Working Hours & Flexibility as a Customer Service Advisor - Travel- Enjoy a full-time permanent role with 40 contracted hours per week.- Be prepared for potential weekend shifts in the future.
