Travel Solutions: Be the go-to resource for flight, hotel, and rail bookings, changes, and cancellations. Sales Goals: Harness effective selling techniques to meet revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. Communication: Interact professionally and courteously with customers, leaving a lasting impression. Types of Customer Queries Youll Handle as a Customer Service Advisor - Travel- Flights: Booking, changes, cancellations, upgrades, and more.- Hotels: Managing both new and existing bookings, facilitating date changes, and resolving payment issues.- Rail: Handling UK and international rail bookings, changes, and refunds. Working Hours & Flexibility as a Customer Service Advisor - Travel- Enjoy a full-time permanent role with 40 contracted hours per week.- Be prepared for potential weekend shifts in the future. Your Skills for SuccessTo excel in this role, you should possess:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Technical aptitude to navigate multiple systems.- Good geographical knowledge and basic math skills.- While not mandatory, experience in the travel industry is a definite plus.
