Job Description

STORE MANAGER | FASHION | up to £30,000 | Belfast city + Package |We are looking for an Store Manager for a fashion store in Belfast City. We are looking for a driven ambitious Assistant Manager or Store Manager to come on board who has proven experience in driving KPIs & delivering a world-class customer experience. Youwill be joining a diverse and transparent business which is long standing over the years in the Irish market, with stores across the NI and ROI region as well as a brand that is worldwide recognised. This companies stores have a sense of fun offering an engagingenvironment when entering their store providing each customers with a personal service. Store Manager duties will include;

  • Managing the smooth operations and day-to-day running of this high profile store
  • Drive all KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT
  • Ensure high calibre customer service at all times
  • Support & encourage the on-going development of your team through regular training and personal development plans
  • Analyse commercial reports such as best sellers and category reports to ensure the shop floor is reflective of the current market and VM standards are strong.
  • Working inline with company policies and procedures.
  • Regular in store auditing and maintaining your inventory results against business targets.
  • Opening and closing the store as a key holder.
  • Responsible recruitment and onboarding with the support of Area Management and the Head office Hr Teams.
