Role OverviewThe Share Plan Manager is a critical role within the HR management structure and integral to the delivery of all Share Plan related activities including communication and correspondence with plan participants. Working closely with the Group Head of Reward andregional reward colleagues the Share Plan Manager will ensure the seamless delivery of all TP ICAP plc Share Plans in compliance with local and global rules and principles. The Share Plan Manager will also be involved in key business issues, providing analyticsto support business objectives whilst ensuring alignment with reward governance, controls, and firm wide Triple A values. Role Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of TP ICAPs all employee Share Plan, the discretionary Plans (LTIP, RSP, SEAP and GELP) and relevant reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain Share Plan process documentation.
  • Lead the annual legal due diligence process to ensure compliance with local laws and re-porting.
  • Support the preparation of papers and documents for the TP ICAP plc Remuneration Committee.
  • Oversee the communication process for discretionary and all employee Share Plans (including employee communication and plan documentation).
  • Develop and manage employee facing online Share Plans materials on the company intranet site.
  • Coordinate with the Global Mobility function to ensure arrangements for International Assignees are compliant.
In addition to the above, responsible for all aspects of the operation of TP ICAPs employee Share Plans including:
  • Managing the relationship with our plan administrators and other key suppliers to ensure effective day to day operation of our Plans.
  • Providing management of day to day activities and key project deliverables (including employee enquiries, grants and vesting of awards, payroll instructions, financial and tax reporting and adhoc data requests.
  • Working with all parties to ensure our globally mobile employees are managed effectively.
  • Liaising with Company Secretariat and Administrators on AGM documentation, Voting instructions and RNS Announcements, as required.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions as required.
  • Identification of opportunities to simplify and improve processes and enhance our share plans offering.
  • Utilise technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness, accuracy and control of share plans data and processes.
Experience / CompetencesEssential
  • Previous experience of administering share schemes with a good understanding of the legislation, tax and regulations that govern share plans. ICSA qualified preferred.
  • Understanding of Discretionary and Tax Advantaged Share Plans. Working knowledge in a variety of award types e.g. Restricted Shares, conditional awards, cash-based phantom awards.
  • Sound understanding of share plan legislation and administration both in the UK and globally.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to contribute to discussions with all stakeholders/providers. e.g. CEO/CFO, Remuneration Committee, Plan Administrators and delivery of employee presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team and interact with employees at all levels.
  • Experience preparing and delivering employee facing communications.
  • Experience in managing vendors.
  • Ability to deliver concurrent projects, working to tight deadlines.
  • A strong eye for detail together with excellent organisational & communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify solutions to complex issues.
  • Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
