Job Description

Server and Storage Engineer£28k - £35k + 100% OTE + Benefits + VehicleNorthern Ireland Based (Remote)Who Are YouYou are;

  • An experienced server and storage engineer with remote 2nd and 3rd line technical expertise as well as hands-on, client facing break fix competence
  • An energetic, pro-active, confident and driven operator
  • An experienced hands-on, hardware component expert with in-depth knowledge of at east one of the following;
  • HP ProLiant
  • IBM X Series, IBM I series / P series/ XIV /storage servers
  • Sun V/T series, 3100/7000, Sparc range
  • EMCVNX, Vmax
  • HP Blades and Chassis, HP MSA/EVA/3Par
  • Dell PowerEdge, Dell Storage
  • Dell EqualLogic / MD1000-3000 / P6000/ Compellent Storage

  • Basic salary between £28,000 and £35,000

  • You’ll need a full UK driving license
  • There will be occasional visits to head office in Leicester but the territory will focus on Northern and some parts of Southern Ireland
  • You’ll get along much better if you have had considerable exposure to Oracle hardware!
