Job Description

Totum Partners is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity with a Leading Law firm in Belfastas they seek to recruit a Senior Revenue Controller for a newly established position. The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing the interface betweenfee earners and the finance operations team.Our client prioritises work-life balance by offering flexible working hours and a hybrid policy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, map, adhere to, and continually review revenue control processes
  • Collaborate with the Finance Operations Manager to ensure alignment and seamless operation
  • Conduct regular review meetings with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Partners
  • Providing insights into debt, billing status, and addressing non-compliance
  • Analyse debt and billing reports to focus on improvement activities
  • Monitor the accuracy of key client reconciliations
  • Work towards automating all relevant reports, where feasible
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Essential experience in Revenue Control within a law firm.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and investigative abilities.
  • Proven initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
