  • Trainee Recruitment Consultant - By the end of month 6 had grown their salary to $112,000 and is still growing.
  • Senior Recruitment Consultant - Started with us as a trainee now promoted to senior. Year one earnings $105,312, at Month 20 they are on track for year two to be $206,000.

  • Be currently working as a recruitment agent in blue-collar labour
  • To be able to demonstrate billing success on a temp model, we are looking for high achievers
  • Having done both business development and candidate attraction in a 360-role
  • Either 18 months of recruitment experience and a university degree or 4.5 years of recruitment experience (due to visa)
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
Desirable
  • already having been promoted to senior consultant
  • experience managing and mentoring trainees
Visa requirementsFor the first 6 months, you must be eligible for an Australian working holiday visa, which requires you to be between 18-35 years old and not have already used your three visas.After a successful first 6 months in the business Engineering Trades Australia will pay to move you to a sponsored visa, the requirements of the sponsorship are either 2 years of recruitment experience and a degree 5 years of experience.
