Job Description

Sales AdvisorExciting positions have become available for two Sales Advisors based in Belfast.There are currently two positions available, one being full time working 5 days per week, another being part time working 2-3 days per week. Both roles require working on Saturdays, however not every Saturday.The full time candidate will earn up to £70 per day as the role may involve managerial duties. The part time candidate will earn £60 per day.The ideal candidate will have a passion for style and retail and will bring a sleeves rolled up attitude to the position. You will uphold the brand whilst in work and be able to advise customers to the best of your ability.Role Requirements

  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills with both staff and customers.
  • Must be confident.
  • Be warm and approachable.
  • Work well in a team and individually.
Role Responsibilities
  • Placing clothing posts/videos on social media.
  • Working the Shopify site.
  • Handling social media queries and posting.
  • Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves.
  • Assisting customers in finding the products theyre looking for.
  • Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till.
  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours.
  • Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times.
