Regional Facilities Manager | Care Homes Permanent Work from home with regular site travel £40,000 - £42,500Summary CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a successful and growing care homes group in looking for a Regional Facilities Manager. Overview As the Regional Facilities Manager you will run the entire RPM & PPM function in 11 care homes across Northern Ireland. Ensuring building and environments meet a high standard and initiate a proactive schedule of future works. You will also monitor maintenancestandards including the performance of homes maintenance staff at each of the homes. You will need to have relevant FM experience and ideally within the care sector.
