Role ProfileThe International Corporate Accounting team are an integral part of the Global Finance function. The team based in Belfast and London are responsible for the accurate and timely production of management accounts, statutory accounts and regulatory reports forEMEA and APAC businesses. The specific Reconciliation Specialist role is based in Belfast and will complete bank reconciliations for the EMEA and APAC entities, and the Investment Clearing House in Chicago, provide management with information and insight, whilst also maintaining a satisfactorycontrol environment that is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant, ensuring all balances are appropriately and accurately recorded. The finance team will manage the monthly accounting close process; produce management and board reports to business heads and statutory entity boards, including commentary on variances to budget and to prior periods; and prepare and submit financial reportsto the regulators. The team will also assist with local engagement with the EMEA & APAC external audit teams, ensuring that all accounts are audited, approved, and submitted to Companies House in line with statutory reporting requirements. In addition to financial reporting,we perform all Accounts Payable activities for EMEA, processing invoices and paying suppliers in line with our documented control procedures and subject to business approval.
