Job Description

POSITION: Program Management InternWe are looking for a Program Management Intern to be part of the Security Products Program Management Office. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact that people can feel.OVERVIEW: The primary areas of involvement:

  • Perform project management of smaller projects as required.
  • Assist PMO in the creation and updating of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support the control and administration activities required a part of the Gate Review process.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of project communications, working with other Program Managers across the business.
  • Support project status reporting including creation and presentation of material.
  • Produce project specific reports: examples – risk management reports, change management reports, deliverable tracking reports.
  • Raise material requests and co-ordinate samples to support project milestones.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program related to Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
