Job Description

One of our key priorities is to ask people to see sight loss differently, reversing inaccurate perceptions and changing public behaviours so everyone expectsequal participation from people with sight loss and the creation of a fully accessible society.What we are looking forThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Employment Team in Northern Ireland, to undertake the coordination of the UKSPF funded RNIB SkillSET project.We aim to drive up the employment rate of people with sight loss and tackle the barriers they face.What youll be doingYoull work as part of a small team, coordinating all project activity and volunteer support.Youll also be responsible for compiling and coordinating all claim information required by the funder to enable the project to run.What youll need to succeed in this roleYoull have project coordination experience coupled with excellent communication and organisation skills, ideally acquired in the employment sector.Youll be proactive in contributing to the development of the service.In return RNIB prides itself on being a great place to work with a range of flexible benefits and a positive, progressive culture.
