Title: Payroll ManagerSalary: £45,000Location: Hybrid in BelfastContract: PermanentAre you an experienced payroll professional looking for a challenging and dynamic roleWe are seeking a motivated Payroll Manager to a team in Northern Ireland, overseeing payroll operations for clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with departments to establish timelines and ensure timely service delivery to clients.
  • Spearhead project management for client onboarding, covering implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor commercial team performance, analysing resource usage to exceed department and firm budgets.
  • Provide escalated challenge resolution support to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team.
  • Ensure accurate technical guidance aligned with client needs and contribute to strategic planning and technology adoption.
  • Conduct advanced technical research and communicate insights effectively in client meetings or in writing.
Experience and Skills:
  • Collaborate with departments to set timelines and ensure prompt service delivery to clients.
  • Lead project management for client onboarding, overseeing implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise commercial team performance, analyzing resource utilization to surpass department and firm budgets.
  • Offer escalated support for resolving challenges to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team.

  • Conduct advanced technical research and convey insights adeptly in client meetings or in written communication.
