Job Description

Role: Partnership ManagerLocation: BelfastSalary: £30,000Type: FTC - This is a fixed term contract until March 2022Do you pride yourself on your project management skills Do you possess great organisational skills and a passion for working on new, innovative programmes Then consider the role of a Partnership ManagerThe Role: Working on a new Money and Pensions Service Money Guiders Programme (Networks and Communities), you will be at the forefront of creating a Money Guiders Network across Northern Ireland.Your daily responsibilities would include:

  • Coordinates the day to day running of the programme
  • Manages an annual programme of activities
  • Chairs monthly Network meetings and webinars
  • Engages networks of Northern Ireland Money Guidance Practitioners
  • Attends regular contract meetings with the commissioner
  • Drives contract performance, quality and continuous improvement
    • Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience and track record of successfully leading and managing the implementation and delivery of a project and/or programme
  • Experience leveraging networks across Northern Ireland
  • Existing network of partner relationships Northern Ireland
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-function service delivery team
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage
  • Excellent interpersonal and partner relationship building skill
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of working in networking, publicly funded services or other similar sectors
  • Experience delivering presentations and chairing meetings
