We have over 2,000 people located in our purpose built, secure delivery centre in Belfast; across our regional offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and Edinburgh; and on a range of client sites.The RoleThe ADM Hub (Alternative Delivery Model) is responsible for supply optimisation and working with the delivery centres around the world to bring their capabilities to the UK firm through increased transparency of capability and costs, negotiating rates, implementing consistent commercial and contracting arrangements, and applying best in class transition methodologies and KPI reporting.The aim of the ADM Hub is to assist the firm in optimising the benefits of ADM use through unified governance and centralised management. The Hub supports entrepreneurial activity in our businesses, while at the same time sharing best practice, enhancing quality and avoiding duplication. We achieve this through xLoS central management, and coordination and support of how we use, access and manage our ADMs, so that we can maximise the benefits for the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ADM Hub is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the ADM Hub Team. The successful candidate will report directly to the ADM Hub Lead Managing Director. We are seeking a motivated, solutions driven individual who is competent engaging with senior stakeholders as well as completing tactical tasks to support the ADM Hub with a variety of initiatives and tasks from strategic to administrative.The ADM Operations Manager will support the following activities:

  • Supporting activities related to LoS ADM Demand Generation including working with the LoS leads to support the identification and qualification of ADM opportunities
  • Leveraging relationships at ADM locations to facilitate discussions with LoS teams on ADM capabilities and service levels
  • Managing R&Q processes relating to contractuals
  • Providing advice on rates and charging models
  • Developing transition & implementation plans for the set up or expansion of teams in ADMs
  • Owning and refining the ADM Transition methodology, including incorporating lessons learned from ADM transitions on an ongoing basis
  • Collecting, categorizing and uploading content for the Online Service Catalogue, including liaising with the ADM location leads and LoS to ensure agreement and alignment on content
  • Supporting on transitions and operating model reviews, documenting processes, creating communications and supporting collateral
  • Creating, drafting and verifying business cases for ADM opportunities and internal initiatives
  • Supporting process mapping and over time support the implementation of process & efficiency improvements at ADM locations
  • Creating high impact collateral to drive awareness of the ADM Network, and ADM hub across the UK firm
  • Managing the ADM PMO function
  • Supporting the launch of revised ADM Information hub, including collating and creating more relevant and up to date ADM case studies
  • Supporting both LoS and ADM central team with ad hoc operational tasks that will arise as ADM Hub service offering matures.
  • Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience of some or all of the below:
  • Experience in supporting the management and operational delivery of teams to deliver relevant, cost effective and process efficient solutions that meet client needs and objectives
  • Following, implementing and maintaining internal frameworks to support the effective and safe delivery of multiple programmes
  • Challenging existing processes and leveraging technology to bring ongoing efficiencies
  • Will have the ability to prioritise effectively and manage time effectively
  • Proactively engaging with and managing internal stakeholder relationships
  • Managing quality, risk and governance and seek ways to continually improve processes, driving efficiencies and automating processes through the use of technology where possible
  • Knows how to maximise internal networks, promoting the success and potential of your teams and wider business
  • Base LocationThe role will be based in Belfast, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations and beyond, sometimes at short notice and sometimes over lengthy periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
