Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional assistance to travelers via phone calls and emails, ensuring a seamless travel experience.- Aid travelers with flight, hotel, and rail bookings, efficiently managing changes and cancellations.- Apply effective techniques to meet sales objectives and elevate customer satisfaction.- Engage with travelers in a professional and courteous manner.- Expertly address a variety of travel-related inquiries and issues to guarantee customer contentment.Types of Customer Inquiries Youll Manage:- Flights: Offer support with booking, changes, cancellations, upgrades, and more.- Hotels: Handle booking management, date adjustments, and resolution of payment concerns.- Rail: Assist in booking UK and international rail journeys, handling changes, and processing refunds.Work Schedule & Flexibility:- This is a full-time role requiring 40 contracted hours per week.- Be open to potential weekend shifts in the future.Qualifications for Success:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.- Technical aptitude to efficiently navigate various systems.- Good geographical knowledge and basic mathematical skills.- While prior experience in the travel industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
