Team/Role Overview The Belfast Legal Department provides a range of services, support and advice to many business areas with a particular focus on Citis Institutional Client Group; incorporating transaction negotiation, master agreement negotiation, and oversight of complianceand regulatory requirements. What youll do This role will involve working closely with Citis external clients as well as the Sales, EMEA and Global Product Heads for the respective business line and Citi Product Legal Counsel in negotiating, reviewing and analysing a variety of legal documentationincluding, but not limited to, ISDA, Credit Support Annexes, EFET Master Agreements, GMRA, Account Control Agreements, Side Letters, amendments and various ancillary documentation (e.g. guarantees, novation agreements and NDAs) across a wide range of counterpartytypes, in compliance with Citis policies and procedures.
